All accounts are aimed to be setup within a few hours of your order being verified and when your payment has been received. During office hours, this is usually done within an hour of the original signup time.
You can upgrade or downgrade your hosting account at any time. Simply open a ticket to upgrade or downgrade your account, and a member of our team will deal with you.

Although our data centres are monitored 24/7, regretfully we cannot offer 24/7 ticket support. Our support engineers are knowledgeable people. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours. All issues are dealt with the order of priority by our ticket system. We will rectify any problem as promptly as possible whenever we are alerted. Outside normal business hours tickets are dealt with on a priority basis only and may not answer some issues until the next business day if they are not urgent. Whenever a problem affects morethan one client, we will notify each client, this will normally be via the status pages of our web site.
No minimum contract
When you open an account with us, you are in the knowledge that you can cancel at any time (see our Terms), giving you the peace of mind. We may vary this term in conjunction with special offers but we will make that very clear any time we do in our Terms.
For all our payments we offer Direct Debit, Card Payments over the telephone, Paypal, Payza and Bank Transfers. It is safe and easy to pay, all from our client area. If you pay by Bank Transfer, we ask you to quote the invoice number for the reference, also your account will be activated or extended after payment is received. If you have no PayPal, you can still use PayPal for a card payment easily and securely.
All our shared servers have the latest security patches with Linux as their Operating System. We use Apache 2.4.x with mod_ruid2 and mod_security2 - so you have peace of mind with us doing our part to prevent vulnerabilities. We also have access to the updating Spam Email and server list, so you will be spared with a lot of spam, phishing emails, etc. Security is our top priority, however, although we do do our best at server level, we ask our valued customers to help us by making sure their accounts are equipt with the latest scripts, especially PHP scripts.
